Kelbrew General Liability Waiver & Release of Claims
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
By registering with The Kelbrew Method, LLC (“Kelbrew”), you (“Participant”/”Client”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I recognize that participation in physical training, fitness programs, virtual or in-person sessions, recovery modalities, and related activities involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to:
• Muscular injury, joint injury, or strain
• Cardiovascular stress or complications
• Accidents, slips, or falls during participation
• Misuse of equipment, in-person or at home
I knowingly assume full responsibility for any and all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising from my participation in Kelbrew services.
2. Scope of Services Covered
This waiver applies to all Kelbrew services, including but not limited to:
• In-person training, stretching, massage, or recovery sessions
• Virtual training, consultations, or coaching via Trainerize or other platforms
• Access to Kelbrew’s website, mobile app, member login, and educational resources
3. Waiver of Liability
In consideration of my participation, I release, discharge, and hold harmless Kelbrew, its owners, officers, employees, trainers, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action (including negligence) arising out of my participation in Kelbrew activities or use of Kelbrew’s content, facilities, or services.
4. Medical Clearance
I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in exercise, training, or recovery programs. I will consult a licensed physician if I have any medical concerns and will disclose relevant medical conditions to Kelbrew staff if they may affect my participation.
5. No Guarantees of Results
I acknowledge that results from training, nutrition, or recovery programs vary by individual and that no specific outcome or improvement is guaranteed by Kelbrew.
6. Use of Media
I grant Kelbrew permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings of my participation for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes, unless I opt out in writing.
7. Binding Effect
This release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
